Not able to trigger initial load in CRM system

Hi All,

  In our SAP CRM system when we try to trigger initial load it fails/dumps. Error log is 'Function module CRM_UIU_ERP_READ_CRM_DOC_FLOW not found'. Any idea about this error? Any suggestions/clues will be very much helpful

Hello,

Maybe you can try this:

• logon to ECC system
• go to se18 and open the enhancement spot BADI_SD_DOCUMENTFLOW
• Implementation CRM_ACTIVITIES (set to inactive).

There are other notes like 1646582 or 1728331.

You can search for notes by yourself by entering the missing function module.
