Last delta incorrect. A repeat must be requested.

Tried starting my process chain again this morning. The data is loaded into the ODS and activated successfully. However, the update of the infocube fails because a previous run of the process chain failed at the ODS activation stage.

I have deleted the original request but I still get this message. Does anybody have any idea what I should do? Is it safe to manually update the infocube and reschedule the process chain?
