Hi Folks,
I am using the BAPI 'BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_HDR' for production order confirmation(maintained backflush indicator), But my issue is , when am passing bulk orders few of them get stuck with 261 movement type in COGI, How can i Process this parts ???
Hi Mahesh,
Can you check the Error message showing up in COGI? That could help devising the solution.
Anyways, it is good idea to set up a batch job, running the CORUPROC program, to periodically handle the COGI errors.
Only the residual errors after running this program may need to be handled manually.

Senthil

As you describe "Few of orders get stuck with 261 mvt type in COGI" that might be due to deficit of stock or SLOC isn't maintained or if batch mgmt is there then Batch has not been mentaion.
You have to select each line after executing the t code COGI and press F6 for the error and process according to it.

You must validate for these materials,
1. if de batch location its ok.
1.1 some times the batch location is stored in the BOM, and could be diferent to MRP2 view. And this value is taken by SAP at the moment of automatic confirmation.
2. if have stock for this storage location.
3. if the material is subjet to batch.
3.a Validate master data of the batch ( msc2n ). Have a clasification view?.
What is the error text in the COGI item?.
Hi Mahesh,
Check if BACKFLUSH indicator has been activated for all materials.
Or stocks r not enough.
Pls. revert.

Milind
