Dear Team mates,
I am implementing Service desk and CHaRM in SOLMAN 7.1 sp06.
I have configured automatic email functionality for service desk, but when I tried to extend this feature to CHaRM, I am not getting profile "SEND E_MAIL" in ZMCR. Nor it is available for urgent correction, general change and administrative change.
Please guide, how should I achieve my deliverable in this case?
