Cost Center values not credited after run KEU5 cycle

Former Member

Hi Friends,

There is an issue with COPA Assessment cycle with my client. When I run KEU5, values updated to COPA report, but in cost center report values not credited with 42 series category (Assessment cost element) Still the balance is showing under under/over absorption even after cycle run. Its strange for me to analyse.

I also, checked in KE24 with record type "D" and values flow fine with COPA line item.

Need someone's assistance to resolve this.

Hi,

In the report S_ALR_87013611 - Plan/Actual Comparisons -> Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/Variance,  credit side r u able to see the assessment cost element with credit value.  If not.

1. please let me know in segment head of the assessment cycle r you using PA transfer structure.

2. please let me know the receiver tracing rule.

Regards,

Ravi.

Hi Ravi,

Thanks for the immediate response. My inputs are in Segment header tab: Assessment cost element, value field, Rule as Posted amount, share in 100%, Receiving tracing factor: Rule-variable portions, Value field/key figure: sales Qty.

Senders/Rec tab:

Senders: cost center group and cost element group

Receiveers: Segment and Plant

Receiving Tracing Factor: Val fid/ke fig: sales qty

Rec type: F

Receiver Weighting factor: segment and plant with 100% each.

In PA transfer structure: KEI2-against my assignment: switch on tick for Source field assigned and value field assigned.

Also, Source and Value field given same as assessment cycle.

Hi Ravi,

Doubt cleared!! Its showing under/over absorbed, because the total debit side cost already allocated to some other assessment cost element earlier. So, when I run assessment cycle, it updated as over absorbed cost.

Thanks for your prompt support.
