SOAP Adapter configuration

I´m reading the SOAP adapter configuration guide at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/14/80243b4a66ae0ce10000000a11402f/frameset.htm

But I don´t know where to set the parameters: XI.TargetURL, XI.ProxyUser, etc. Any Idea?
