Change Log and Audit Log not getting captured for Firefighter Id

Hi All,

After updating the firefighter log , from the Consolidated Log Report in EAM 10.0

Only Transaction logs from STAD are appearing. There is no data in change logs and Audit logs although the tables CDHDR is capturing the data in plug in system. Also SM20 is showing the Audit Log.

Please advise what may be the issue and how to resolve this ?

Hello Pranay,

Please make sure the Firefighter Log Sync job runs hourly. Run this job in background mode for the plug-in system that you want to have the log data.

(Schedule the job in SPRO >Governance, Risk and Compliance > Access Control > Synchronization Jobs > Firefighter Log Sync.)

System Log: Captures Debug information from transaction SM21

Security Audit Log: Captures Security Audit Log from transaction SM20

OS Command Log: Captures changes to OS commands from transaction SM49

Since the job retrieves data from the transactions above, ensure that there are records in the plug-in system for these transactions.
