Default user for login to netweaver as java 7.3

Dear Experts

we are able to install Net weaver 7.3 successfully but we forget the password for user J2EE_ADMIN how to reset the password or any other user to login

we use UME as abap as backend system for installation we have one more user SAPJSF can we login with that user as per my knowledge in java 7.3 we have

only as configtool for configuration we dont have admin tool in this if there is admin tool let me know

Thanks a lot i can able to reset to password of sap* and able to login to portal
how to create a new user in Portal
