Clicking on Business role does not trigger application screen

Hi CRM Experts.

Clicking on Business role does not trigger application screen in WEB UI. I have already checked notes 1144511 and Activated all the SICF services as specified in note 1115493. Some others which were not help full at the moment 1244321/1415738.

Any pointers appreciated.
