Are you referring to the FM that you as a custsomer can use as a temlate to include your own business logic?
Via transaction /simg_sport you can access Object and Data Provider settings and there you can see which function modules are used by standard team viewer - also for PCR team viewer. You can access this directly via table maintenance as well (V_TWPC_V). Check FM HRWPC_GET_DIREPS_OF_LEVEL_1 and all its variations.
