Good morning,

Our customer needs to use the master data FUNDED PROGRAM and we want to activate it.

Now we use the budget estructure independent of exercise and our doubt is if we activate the master data funded program, what happens with the historical data (the data introduced before the change that they didn't use this master data)?

Is it necessary that we change the budget estructure as dependent of exercise to activate the funded program and this action not affected the data introduced before?

Hi:

Funded program is an additional FM account assignment for posting budget in combination with fund center and commitment item. However necessary derivation rules and values for deriving funded program in Postings will need to be established. Introducing Funded program will not provoke any changes to historical data. Please let us know your concerns in practical case. I hope this helps.
