Claim settlement stuck in status "Being transferred"

Dear collegues,

I've got a bunch of claim settlements stuck in status "Being transferred". I checked the corresponding BDoc's and they are all in status O01 - Sent to receivers (not all have confirmed). So I tried to resend one of them via transaction SMW20, but I got the error "According to customizing no retry allowed, no user exit call". Then I checked out the table SMOFPARSFA and found out that BDoc type BEABILLDOCCRMB has the parameter NO_RETRY_ALLOWED, according to SAP note 667905. I found also the SAP note 672510, about creating an user-exit to take charge of processing in this case, but I couldn't find any example on how to implement it. I need to finish processing of these BDoc's, by either transferring them to ERP or cancelling them.

Hope someone can give me a clue.

Hello Fabio

Check the note 1233254. and use the attached report in note  to remove the status being transferred.

After then you can again cretae the bdoc
