Hej Gurus
I have a huge problem. We have managed to change the password for the SysAdmin user that installed the BPC 7.5 MS, and due to nye password policies, it is not possible to change the password back to the original.
After we have changed to password, we are no longer able to log on to any of the BPC applications. I know it is because the user is being used for this logon, and I need to change the password to enableling the logon againg.
We have been on the server, and we have changed all the passwords on the services linked to the user, but it is still not working.
Do any of you know, if there is a guide to help guys like me that has changed the password?
It is quite urgent because we are in the middle of consolidating our figures.
Best regards
Mikkel Kristensen

Hej Roberto,
Thank you for your first response, it please me alot.
Now I have managed to get on the system, and most of it is working as I expect. I do however get one error that I would like some help with.
When i try to load data the data package do not seem to end, and it has now been almost 2 hours for a something that usually takes 5 minuttes. I have tested it, and I am able to do the import, but it cannot do the calculation of the default script. Therefore, I figure that I still need to change the password somewhere else.
Do you know, what password it is I need to change?
Best regards,
Mikkel Kristensen
Hi Mikkel,
I will try first a modify application on all the applications with application process checked and see if after works.
If not see please these notes http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1813366
http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1508168 there are several notes about the sysdamin that suggests the steps explained in this note.
If also this doesn't work try restarting the server, if not ok I will ask SAP.
Kind regards
Roberto
