could you please give detail explination, how CRM system connected to SAP SD?

as a SD consultant , what extent sd consultant know about CRM?

tell me integration points in Order to Cash Cycle?

which concept of SD share with SAP CRM?

Hi Jagadeesh,

SAP CRM integrates with ECC via Middleware, middleware is more of ABAP code which deals with integration of CRM data with ECC and vice versa.... ex : When a customer is created in CRM, through this middleware, it will get auto updated in ECC . integration related changes are handled by CRM middlewear consultants.
