SXI_CACHE - Problem

Former Member

Hi all,

When I call transaction SXI_CACHE I get these errors:

    Unable to refresh cache contents
Error during last attempt to refresh cache

In Last Error During Cache Refresh I see:

<b> LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM - SLD_API_EXCEPTION</b>

Besides, the menu entries for "complete refresh" and "delta refresh" are disabled. Does anyone know how to enable these menu entries?

Thanks,

Juan Manuel

Hi SKM,

I entered the SLDAPICUST transaction but the problem is that when I add a row to the table to enter the server data, the password column is not editable.

Hi SKM,

I followed the link and find out that SLD primary destination is not mantained.

I called transaction SLDAPICUST and tried to add a row to the table. A new row was created but the password column is not editable so I can't enter the proper data.

If I call transaction SLDCHECK I get:

No SLD server access data maintained
=> Use transaction SLDAPICUST to maintain the SLD server access data
Summary: Connection to SLD does not work
=> Check SLD function and configurations

Thanks,

Juan Manuel

Logon to XI ABAP stack, and enter the transaction SLDAPICUST, there you need to maintain the server name (XI server name) and J2EE Port (5<sysnumber>00) and user id is XIAPPLUSER and enter the password.

Do not forget to check the primary box.

Follow the post-installation steps in the install guide.

You can download from http://service.sap.com/instguides

Netweaver --> Relase 04 --> Installation --> SAP XI -> Installation Guide - SAP Exchange Infrastructure 3.0 SR1 or Installation Guide - SAP Exchange Infrastructure 3.0

depending on your install DVDs

Then do the check again.
