Hi,
If we take sales returns (PGR) for a sold items it will hit RG1 or RG23A?
Transferring of RG23A stock to RG1 and vice versa is possible, if possible how?
If it hits RG1,then if i need to process (Again packing or some other changes) i have to issue to process and then i have to do PGI. How to transfer stock from RG1 to Processing like (RG23A To Production)?

As per excise rules, RG23A.

First update the returned stock to RG23A then carry out rework process through production or include a packing operation and generate the stock in FG location through production order.

Returned stock doesn't hits RG1. After receiving stock from rework production order, update RG1 as the same you do for FG materials.

For these sort of queries, it would be better if you test one scenario and check on FI postings. If you are so particular on how CIN registers get updated, please consult with your FI colleagues.
