i am using a CAL instance in the Amazon cloud. This works fine for about 8 months. But all of a sudden the Linux instance is not available any more. Using a WTS client I can connect to the frontend instance but the Linux server is not reachable neither with ping nor with SAPGui or Eclipse. Rebooting the instance does not solve this problem.
I assume the instance does not start and I don't have an idea how I can proceed now.
