schedule problem in boxi 3.1 sp5

Hi all, Recently we have upgraded SP5. In that we are facing excel and pdf format documents are not running in scheduled time.before we have used sp1 there working fine.

    Is it throwing any error message when scheduling??

    Can you see the Excel or PDF file after the schedule is success??

    Share the screen if any error occurs for better understanding.

      Hi

      Check the Adaptive job server and processing server is in running state in CMC,

      if it is not running give your system name or IP address in the Adaptive server properties and restart it .
