SLA dutation type workaround Solman 7.1 SPS7

Hello Everyone,

I search for duration type regarding to Customer demand. By default SLA register IRT( SRV_RF_DURA) and MPT(SRV_RR_DURA) time how to configure additional duration type as work around time (Does duration SMIN_CU_DURA  will be correct?) ?

Work around time is  treated as qualified solution  and I need to be calculate the  in SLA time.

How to achieve this ?

I can't find usefull information in pdf https://websmp209.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000789962012E also in SAP notes.

I have a problem with my calculate SLA. The system not calculate de client duration.
