Issue connecting to SAP BI Mobile

Hi,

I try to connect from my ipad to SAP BI Mobile, but I can't

I create a VPN and I am connected to without problems

In the SAP BI mobile app I write the next settings

URL Services: http://<ServerName>:8080

CMS: MyServer:6400

User: User

Password: pass

Authentication: Enterprise

I can't access to the platform. I try change the settings

URL Services: http://<ServerName>:8080/BOE/BI

CMS: MyServer

And nothing

I recently had to reinstall the SAP BI platforma after I check the mobi.properties and the war file and everything is fine

but i cant connect

the error is the MOB 06031

Another thing How to redeploy the MobileBIService.war

Hi Jose,

to redeploy the MobileBIService.war file, you need to stop your tomcat server.

once done, go to Business objects install dir/Mobile14 folder

search for the MobileBIService.war file

copy the war file and paste it under tomcat6/webapps

start the tomcat server, it should redeploy.

URL Services: http://<ServerName>:8080

CMS: MyServer   ( CMS name )

User: User   ( prefrably administrator )

Password: pass

Authentication: Enterprise

check from the safari browser, if you are able to access http://servername:8080

if the tomcat page comes up, we can be sure, there are no connection issus
