Authorization in BW 7.3

Dear Expert,

As per the requirement I have to create authorization on 0PLANT Info object.

For Example User XXXX logs in he has to see only his data based on assigned plant value.

And when User YYYY logs in he has to see only his data based on his assigned plant value.

Do i need portal integrated or even can i work with Analyser?

I am working in BW 7.3 environment.

Please help me with detailed steps (If possible screen shots) at the earliest.

Dear Experts,

Details i got after surfing Google are the authorization objects need to be added are

S_RFC: (Authorization Check for RFC Access) requires for execution of query in Analyzer.

 S_RS_AUTH: (BI Analysis Authorizations in Role) Analysis Authorizations objects can be added.

E.g. ZAUTH_COMP

 S_RS_COMP: (Business Explorer - Components), used for reporting relevant components.

 S_RS_COMP1 (Business Explorer - Components: Enhancements to the Owner) used for reporting relevant components.

Instead i added SAP_ALL will that work for me.

Please guide me with detailed steps.

Hi,

You can do it by making the 0PLANT info object authorization relevant and creating roles(t code - PFCG) and assigning required authorizations at Tcode - RSECADMIN.
