Hi experts, having problem on my Client SAP machine. Can't log-in in our SAP Server. We have 5 client machine that are currently connected to SAP Server with the same network and switches. But the problem is, two of this client can't connect and receiving this error "internal error 1102 occurred message 131-183". I already did some solution from the other thread and none of them worked. I already try to re-install the Client SAP. But same result. Any other solution for this?
Hi,
Try this..
1. Remove sql server native client 2008 and re install it
2.what is the Operating system are you using this occurs mainly with windows 7
3.If above two are not working uninstall sap from the machine and remove the sap folder and registration key for sap and reinstall and also remove temporary files, prefetch and cookies the sap and reinstall it.
I hope this helps you to work with sap !!!!!!!!!!

Hi Gimo
Are you able to ping SAP Server from this client machine and allow exceptions for Firewall in that client?

Hi,
Try this..
1. Restart the license manager (Stop and Start).
2. Activate the TAO NT Naming Service by clicking Start.
3. Restart the machine on which the license manager is installed.
If the TAO NT Naming Service is started then the issue may caused by
other root causes.
1- Please check if the ports 30000 and 30001 is not blocking
2- Use server IP address instead of name & choose the same in choose company also.

Priya

Hi,
Just configure the server IP address instead of name. It will solve the issue.
SAP Service Manager --> License Manager --> Settings --> Configure Security --> There you have to configure the Server ip address. Refer the below Screen shot and select the same IP address in choose company while login in Current Server .
Hope Helpful..!!!

Priya
