Problem with report Bursting

Hi Gurus

I am using BO Xi 4.0 SP4 (no patches)

i created a report(R1) on top of efashion universe ,used two objects

State ,City and sales revenue

I created Profile and selected California grp users and Texas grp users these are member of admin grp

In Profile target selected state object from efashion

In profile values i filtered California for California grp users and same as for texas

Now i created publication selected the report (R1) and selected the profile in personalisation

Now i ran the report

i am able to view calfornia state with city revenues for california grp users

But

The problem is for Texas grp users i am not able to view data .

can any one help me on this issue ,

Sunil,

      If you are using a eFashion sample Database you will need to add a SPACE after Texas in the profile.  There is a data issue with sample eFashion DB, "Texas ".

Thanks for ur answer , Small doubt need to clarify , Instead of giving space can we trim the object at universe level ?

Sunil,

     Yes the correct way to resolve it at the Universe level but I suggest a quick fit to test that the publication will work properly.

Hi Sunil,

sorry for the late reply, I don't understand well the problem: you mean that you have created a dynamic recipient list and the bursting doesn't deliver to the Texas users?

Please add more detailed workflow with screenshots so we can have more information

I explained everything clear in above thread , I am using only enterprise recipients

two grps were created

1) Calfornia grp

2)Texas grp

when i bursted the report i am getting values for calfornia grp but in texas i am getting Null value for those users in texas grp

for trail i entered Newyork lov in profile value in Texas user now i am getting values for texas grp

i dont know when i am giving texas lov in profile values i am not getting values in webi report
