Dear All,
Here is the problem i am facing is that pay roll is run for the month of feb and now came to know the amount is calculated is wrong.
I am unable to find the way to correct this.
Please suggest on it how to correct or adjust this.
Regards,
Ankur
You have to understand payroll schema
You should extract payroll schema and find where superannuation wage type generated. After that checking from bottom to up. And check master data also.
You can look at document below (containing program to extract payroll schema already):
Process when receiving an issue or new request involving Payroll in AMS
Anhd Relationship Time Evaluation and Payroll to understand link between payroll and time.
Hope it helps!

Hi Ankur
As highlighted by Woody, find exactly how the WT is being processed and the logic of the calculation. If the logic is wrong then change the logic as per your requirement and then we can do a forced retro in March starting from Feb so that the feb result also gets updated.
But then before doing a forced retro decide from when the forced retro has to be done is it from Jan or Feb and see if the WT has any other dependancies
Cheers

Dear Jayakrishna and Woody,
Thanks for your reply..
Since i have checked the log and found there are majority of employee where /3S4 computing Basic wage type as retro due to this /3S0 is getting amount wrong.
Second thing i tried to check in master data why it happened that is no changes able to find even in IT0008 or other WT.
i want to know why this happened that not able to find ....
Please suggest on it..
Regards,
Ankur
