We are using account identificaiton profile b2b. In web ui, after confirm on BP, on next screen the Related and Edit button was disabled. anyone know how to enabled it. Please help.

Firstly I would like to check with you if the user has authorisation to create?
BADI BADI_CRM_BP_UIU_AUTHORITY can be used to influence the authorizations.

Also check if this is occuring in standard IC_AGENT role so that no enhancement is influencing this behaviour to disable.
Check the "Runtime Framework Profile" assigned to your business role.
If the issue still exist Kindly let me know the type of the account that is confirmed is it Person/Organisation.
Are you using multiple account identification profile/Single?
