Hi,
I have copied ( just the copy and not the delta link) the content_admin_role into y_content_admin_role and assigned to a newly created group group01 which contains a newly created user user_01.
However when the user user_01 logs in into the portal(EP6) the content administration menu doesn't appear.
What is the reason for that? Fearing that the issue might lie with the permission editor , I have opened the permission editor for the y_content_admin_role and inserted the group 'Group_01' in the permission with 'Full control' for the administrator access. Still when the user logs in the content admin menu fails to show up.
Please help, need answer by today.
Thanks
Arunabha
hi,
Try giving entry point of the respective role as yes.

The entry point is set to yes. But it still doesn't appear, However if I assign the original role ( content_admin_role) then it appears ok.

Hi Arun
Check whether the entry point of the role has been set to yes
