Hi friends,

             After run the MRP they released the purchase order from order recommendation . here they will change unit price also so that we are getting more trouble with purchase price . so how i block this   . one way is there form setting---> inactive  unit price nobody did not change . any other way is there

Hello Ramesh,

the only way you can stop the user from changing the unit price in the order recommendation is the way you found already in setting the field unit price to 'inactive'.

Hi,

   First Inactivate the the field in the user login whom u need to restrict the access of accessing the fields. The login using manager. Then Administration->System Initialization ->Authorizations->General Authorizations. Choose the respective user in the left pane. Click General->Document settings->No Authorizations. Now the user will not have the permission to change the form settings.

But before doing this make sure that the user can see all the information that he / she is allowed . Also this change will be applied for that particular user in all the document which he can access. i.e, He cannot cannot activate or inactivate OR the user cannot make any field visible or invisible once the above process is done.
