Hello Haris,
Go to the TEXT settings of your chart, click on vertical axis labels and make sure that the right allignment is selected.
If it already is, make sure you don't have any spaces in your label names.
Good Luck!
Regards,
Matt

Hi Haris,
The issue probably comes because Flash will render fonts differently on different people's computers, depending on what's installed, resolution, etc. When you create the swf file, Xcelsius guesstimates the location of the labels based on how big it thinks the font will render as. However, sometimes Xcelsius gets it a bit wrong...
Have you tried going to File > Document Properties, turning on 'Use Global Font' and then selecting 'Use Embedded Fonts'?
And you're sure you don't have any extra spaces at the end of your labels?
Honestly I'm running out of ideas and am unable to reproduce your issue...
A few more things you could try:
1. Use a monospaced font, such as Courier New, where every letter is the same width. That way Flash won't have to try and figure out the width of your labels. The downside is that this is an ugly font.
2. Alternatively, turn off the Category labels entirely and add individual Label components for each category. You can then align those yourself.
