I need to make an upgrade from SP7 to SP12 but when I log on to service.sap.com/patches it says that i have not priviledge...can anybody tell what can I do to get that permisson?
In order to get privilage to dpwnload the patchesm you can cantact SAP and ask for UserID and password (Credentials to download patches).Check any of your team members if they have one.
with these credentials you can download the required software from this link
You need to install the JDI separately. Go to http://service.sap.com/patches -> Entry by Application Group -> SAP Net Weaver -> SAP NETWEAVER -> SAP NETWEAVER 04
