Limiting IW28 field selection

Hi ,

I have hidden many fields in field selection for maintenance notification ---influencing -Tcode=iw28. However when i execute iw28 , I can see all fields including fields which were supposed to be hidden as per config,

Any clue ?

Check which Variant you are using when running IW28.

Simply press the save button in the selection-screen to see the current Variant.

Well , this is to be done from List selection node. It is rectified now. But What for the above node is used ?

Can u please give us detail steps of how to configure (hiding selection screen fields and pushbuttons ).

We are finding it very much difficult to hide the selection fileds of iw28 and iw38.
