When one user updates position, OU or any other OM Infotype, it does not trigger any notification to anyone to make a corresponding changes in PA (to run an action to reflect OM changes on the PA side). Therefore, OM contains the new Org. Unit name, but the corresponding employees’ PA records do not.. OM and PA get out of sync.
What is considered best/common practice to handle this situation - regarding both ongoing handling of Org. Unit name changes and remediation of already out-of-sync situations?
