Unable to read data from the SAP Service Marketplace issue

Hello experts,

When I try to navigate in the SAP Software Download Center -> Support Packages and Patches/Browse our Download Catalog/

SAP NetWeaver and complementary products (or another option in the catalog) I get an empty screen. I have download rights, but I'm not able to find/select anything.
If I try another server, then same issue. Another browser (IE, Safari, Chrome), same issue.

How to solve this? I like to download the plugin for NWDS mobile.

Hello Vo,

Currently there are no issues reported within the Marketplace.... however, recently there were issues with searches/performance.

I'd suggest the following checks -

1. Check your internet connection (by going to other sites)

2. Close the SAP Marketplace window and open again and go to http://service.sap.com/patches.

(sometimes, I know a few people, you save the link and always go to the same server of Marketplace - e.g., websmp103.sap-ag.de/patches etc).

When you go to http://service.sap.com, you'll be taken to the most available & speedier app server.

thanks for your quick reply.

Unfortunatly with http://service.sap.com/patches I have the same problem.

I have no internet connection problems.

Only when I choose 'sap content', I see 'ep content' and 'CTC content' by all the other options I get an empty screen.

Hi Vo,

I suggest you get someone else in your office/workplace to try this... as a last option to eliminate your issue.

an administrator user has access. With this user my authorization is checked.

But it stranged that I'm not able to download with my own user.

Hi,

If your user id was assigned the authorization today, you'll need to wait at least 24 hours (sometimes a bit more) for it to take effect...
