Unable to read data from the SAP Service Marketplace issue

Hello experts,

When I try to navigate in the SAP Software Download Center -> Support Packages and Patches/Browse our Download Catalog/

SAP NetWeaver and complementary products (or another option in the catalog) I get an empty screen. I have download rights, but I'm not able to find/select anything.
If I try another server, then same issue. Another browser (IE, Safari, Chrome), same issue.

How to solve this? I like to download the plugin for NWDS mobile.

    Hello Vo,

    Currently there are no issues reported within the Marketplace.... however, recently there were issues with searches/performance.

    I'd suggest the following checks -

    1. Check your internet connection (by going to other sites)

    2. Close the SAP Marketplace window and open again and go to

    (sometimes, I know a few people, you save the link and always go to the same server of Marketplace - e.g., etc).

    When you go to, you'll be taken to the most available & speedier app server.
