Datamart question

Hi,

We have an ODS1 which feeds another ODS2. ODS1 all successful. ODS2's delta failed 08/16/2005. ODS1's request for 08/16/2005 data mart status shows updated.

Click on the datamart status icon on ODS1. It brings up a popup screen, showing requests in data target.

Question in that popup screen there is delete button indicating reset delta.

Any ideas on this delete button functionality ? Is it going to reset the delta for whole ODS or enables to do the repeat delta ?
