Assigning surveys to sales orders

Hi,

is there a possibility to assign a survey to a sales order (e.g. telesales)? Creating the survey in the survey builder is no problem, but there is no possibility in the customizing to assign the survey to the order (other than for activities or leads...). Also there are no determination tables for sales orders. We want to append a survey to a sales order in the CIC.
