Assigning surveys to sales orders

Hi,

is there a possibility to assign a survey to a sales order (e.g. telesales)? Creating the survey in the survey builder is no problem, but there is no possibility in the customizing to assign the survey to the order (other than for activities or leads...). Also there are no determination tables for sales orders. We want to append a survey to a sales order in the CIC.

Hi Adrian -

I sent a message similiar to this to SAP questioning why surveys didn't copy to subsequent documents even though the config was there to do it.

I was told "Unfortuantely, questionnaires are not available for sales transactions, so you can't have a survey tab within a quotation. It is only available for leads, business activities and opportunities.

Please have a look to note 11 for more information."
