vc -char value assign screem

Hi,

i've setup VC with sales order bom its working fine,

i want to know how to have different tabs in Characteristic value assignment screen.

ie., va01 i enter computer qty 1, it goes to charact. value assignment screen - here is want to have

tab 1 for characteritics- Screen size/ harddisk  & i want to have

Tab 2 for accessories- printer/scanner.

Hi,

You can use the Interface Design available in the transaction CU50.

Run CU50 and enter the material and plant. Execute.

When reaching the configuration screen, go to Value assignment and then Interface design -> Char grouping.

Set a name for the tab, and flag the tab option.

Then select the characteristics that you want to view within the tab. Save. Repeat these last steps to get as many tabs as you want.

i created Char grouping in CU50.

1. Can you Pls. let me know How i can Delete the Char grouping created.

2. if i remove the Interface name in cu41 Config Profile- all char grouping will go off - is there any way to prevent this or save char grouping permanently.
