SAP B1 9.0 Implementation Center error

Hi everyone,

I have setup an notebook and installed it with SAP B1 ver 9.0 Ramp Up version. I managed to get the Implementation Center and Workflow working with certain startup procedures.

After i installed Integration Component, i now cannot start Implementation Center -> Implementation Task -> Configure Company Settings. Whenever i click on that button, i get the following error.

Cannot open the Express Configuration Wizard because "SAP Business One Integration Platform" on "xxxx-NB" is connected to the company database; close this program then open the Express Cnfiguration Wizard

I tried the suggested steps to stop the following services,

1.) SAP Business One EventSender Service

2.) SAP Business One Integration Service (this is the Apache Tomcat Server)

3.) SAP Business One DI Proxy Service Monitor

4.) SAP Business One DI Proxy Service

Unfortunately the error continue to happen.

Anyone has encounter this error before, care to share the solution?
