Free Good Qunatity Determination in Delivery

Hi,

I have a requirement for Free Goods.

Ex.

Material (M1)

Stock in the System 165000 NO.

I have created a Sales Order with Free Goods system have determined the stock as below.

Sales order created with 200000 NO system determined Free goods as below

10     .M1 - 180000 - Main item

20.     M1 - 20000 - Free Item.

But when creating Delivery System is Determining the Stock only for the Main item ie

10.     M1 - 165000 - Main Item only.

But My requirement is that when stock is not available for both Main item and Free item system should not delivery the stock, or system should re determine the free goods based on Main item in Delivery document.

We are using Inclusive, and also I tested with FGDely/Cont - E. But my requirement is not getting fulfilled.

Hello Sudhakar,

You need to use the concept of Deliery Groups. This will ensure that  the Sales order line Items (Main Item & Free Goods) are delivered only togather.
