    1) [OMBT] -> Number Range for Material and Phys. Inventory Document

    Click : Maintain Groups (F6)

    Maintain Number Range Groups

Select : Material documents for goods movements and inventory diffs.

    Select : Maintain (Shift+F5)

    Maintain Number Range Intervals

Goto : Edit -> Insert Year( Select any row beforehand)

In the "Insert To-year dialog box provide

    Year - 2013

    From no -

    To number -

    Click : Insert (Enter)

    Save (Ctrl+S)

    2) [OBA7] - Document Types

Goto the details screen of document type WA(goods issue)

Here assign the number range which we created in the first step.

    3) [FBN1] - Number range for accounting documents

Enter the company code and maintain the number ranges for that number and year (which you created in OBA7)

Try to test with this new cycle of configuration.

Hope it helps. Otherwise let us know.
