SBO Run Out of Memory

Hi All,

i am running a General Ledger Report, and my Date range in Selection Criteria is 09/01/2011 - 09/30/2011 (! Month) and i have the Above Error.,

Note: i am running SBO 8.81 PL: 04

when GL Report is shown initially, i selected Export to Excel, and the ff. Error (Pls See Image)

when GL Report is shown initially, i press Ctrl + End and this error occurs (Pls. see image)

i have also already Set my SQL Server memory Setting (Please See Image)

and here is my Server hardware Specification

HP Proliant DL380p Gen 8 2U 12-LFF CTO

Two (2) intel Xeon E5-2660 Processor

2.2GHz-3.0GHz, 8-core 16-Thread, 20M Cache 8.0GT/s

256GB(16x16GB) PC3L-10600R (DDR3-1333) HP Registered DIMM Memory

HP Smart Array P420i 1GB Flash Raid Controller (RAID 0/1, 1+0, 5, 50, 6, 60 Support)

12TB(6 x 2TB) SAS 7.2K rpm LFF Hard Drives

and here is my Client PC Hardware Specification

Processor: i7

Memory: 4GB

HDD: 750 GB (400GB free)

LAN/NEC: 1GB

Hi,

Please refer SAP notes:

1789676 - General Leger Report shuts down on out of memory
(localization specific)

1737476 - General Ledger print preview out of memory
error

1446753 - G/L Report run out of memory- Please find suitable patch.

thanks for your reply.

Note 1789676 - is applicable in 8.82 & 9.0, its not applicable in my version, im running 8.81 PL04

note 1737476 - the error is during print preview.. im not previewing the GL report, i am exporting it to excel..

i have found note 1624660, this is for 8.81, but still need a patched, and as per my research in the forum and in notes this issue still present in 8.82 and 9.0

does anybody did this in Crystal Report?  really need your help guys...

Pls come online, give me team viewer ID, I will try my best, Pls check Excel Version and No.of rows from GL report..

Hi,

      We had faced the same issue while running customer aging report. Then we raised the ticket to SAP support. They investigated and said like " This is the problem of 32-bit application. you need to minimize your selection date range "

thank for the response..

actually im running winserver2008 x64. i think its really a bug of the program... as i said in my reply to Naga Rajan, i think the only remaining option for me is to do it in crystal report....

does anybody did like the SBO standard G/L Account Report using Crystal Report. if anybody did this before, please help...
