What is error 126?

I have another question from my attempt to deploy my Powerbuilder 11.1 application using SQL Anywhere 11. (We will be migrating to the later versions but not this week) I have followe the documented instructions for registry entries to the letter. I have also referred to other similar deployments and they look correct. When I run the application after installation I get 'Not connected error# 126' with no other explanation. I can run either dbsrv11.exe or dbeng11.exe succesfully by itself. It is the connection to the powerbuilder app that is stoppping me. If I have left out some required dll, there is no indication.

Any help is appreciated.

It looks like it means that you're missing one of the SQL Anywhere ODBC driver files:
