Data Picker Windows not displaying

In most marketing documents (Sales Order, for example), clicking the circle at the end of the Customer Number field (or just tabbing out of the field) will cause a list of Business Partners to display, to be able to search for the BP you need.

Ours has stopped working system-wide.  As you can see, the picker symbol is there, but clicking on it does nothing.  Interestingly, it seems to be working correctly on the server, but not on other workstations.  I have rebooted the server to see it this would fix the issue, but it has not.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful.

We are on version 8.81.319 (PL 10).

Hi Randy Davis,

Restart all the workstations and then try with above field.

I did try to reboot my workstation prior to rebooting the server, with no change in behavior.  I just restarted it again in case the server reboot would have changed something.  Again, no change in behavior.

When I click on the picker that is suppose to display the Data Explorer pop-up screen, my cursor changes to busy for a fraction of a second as if it is trying to open the windows.  However, the window never displays.  Anyone else have any ideas??

Hi,

Please try the following options

Main menu(On top of the SAP Screen)->pickers display->enable all the options.

Similarly Main Menu(On top of the SAP Screen)->Indicators display->enable all the options.
