Sales order not getting confirmed after BOP run

Hi,

I have two sales orders with requirement quantity of 5 PC each, one having priority 1 & other having priority 2, with existing stock 5 PC, after BOP run it's result showing piority 1 sales order having new confirmed order qty 5 on today's date but same not showing in RRP3, as also ECC sales order is also not get confirmed.

Please help.

Hi Dear,

Please check APO outbound or ECC inbound queue for this if your orders are stuck there.

Transection for same: SMQ1 and SMQ2 (in ECC and apo both) or /n/sapapo/cq (in apo)

Hi Prasun,

When you run BOP did you run in foreground or background.

If you run the same in foreground, then did you checked update changes option there.

In case you have selected 'update changes' option, then after BOP results diaplay, did you press back button (F3) for results to get update in system.

Please confirm if this helps.

Hi Sourabh,

Earlier I was running in back ground, but after not getting proper result executing same in foreground (BOPIN) and after same executing BOP_UPDATE also, but not giving expected result. At time of running same in foreground getting error with respect to sales order line item as "No confirmation by the requested date" (Message no. /SAPAPO/ATP_BOP092), but already having stock of 5 quantity and 1 sales with priority 1 sales order should reserve that stock.

Hi Prasun,

I am assuming all relevent config is in place.

Please try doing availability check in sales order in change mode, and see if you are getting desired results.

Hi Sourabh,

At time of manual availability check in ECC with respect to sales order then confirmation is taking place as expected but not happening after BOP.

I guess, missing some thing in APO space.

It would help if you can share screenshots of BOP varient (batch backorder processing), transection /n/sapapo/bop.

Hi,

Work list: Filter type and sort profile as SAP_STANDARD

Parameter process: new distribution forcheck in product check, product allocations, forecast and execution mode- check in update changes

parameters check: request buttom checked

Equal qty. distribution- EQAL is inactive.

Log- Display error message

The above settings are only made.

Please check following options in Log and run BOP.

- Result output

- Display error message

- Application log

Also what is the need of checking product allocations and forecast in parameter process "New distribution for", unless and untill you want to run those specific checks.

Please check and let me know if you get any success with this.

Hi Prasun,

Please check in sales order if you have checked 'Date and time fixed' option in schedule line screen, which can cause this issue.
