    Hi Gaurav,

    Let's assume that your values are in A1:A4. So

    A1 = 100

    A2 = 200

    A3 = 300

    A4 = 400

    at the start.

    Add, say, 3 Push buttons (to save 3 scenarios).

    Button 1 will push A1:A4 into B1:B4

    Button 2 will push A1:A4 into C1:C4

    Button 3 will push A1:A4 into D1:D4

    You now have three saved scenarios and can use a drop-down menu with Column Selection to move between them.

    I don't think it's possible to do this using a single push button. However, there is a work-around to make your users 'think' that there is only one button. Simply set the dynamic visibility of Buttons 2 and 3 to be invisible until Button1 has been pushed. And when Button 1 is pushed, make Buttons 1 and 3 invisible, etc. This way you only ever see 1 button at a time, which lets you save an additional scenario.

    To do this, write

    E1 = IF(B1="",1,0)

    which tells you whether cell B1 is empty or not. Then set Button2 to be visible only when E1=0 (which means that B1 is no longer empty, which means that Button1 has been pushed). Similarly, set Button1 to only be visible when E1 = 1 (which means B1 is empty which means Button1 has no yet been pushed). Then do the same for Button3 and any additional buttons.

    Hope this helps.
