COPA planning for service industry

Hello,

Planning for Service Industry (LOB- Transportation & warehouse) Which one is the best way for planning:

1. COPA planning (we are using costing based copa)

2. PCA planning

3. CCA planning

or any better option?

if its not useful to have planning in copa , can I get proper justification to convince the client ??

    Hi

    1. Expenses are planned in CCA and then they can be allocated to COPA (KEUB)

    2. When you plan expesnes in CCA, they are automatically updated in PCA, if you switch on integrated planning

    3. Revenues you can plan in PCA or in COPA, depending on from where you want to report... If you plan in COPA, it can be back flushed into PCA also

    I did not say planning in COPA is not useful... But its not that user friendly and is mainly useful for product based industries... Nevertheless, you can plan in COPA.. Nothing stops you from doing it
