MB5T details list in ALV

Hello Expert,

After executing MB5T, when I select detail list, the output shown is in excel; where as I want output in ALV.. Is there any setting for the same kindly guide me for the same. I searched SDN but could not get any (answered) thread on this issue.

Execute your MB5T until you get your Excel,

then choose from menu: Settings > Layout > current

switch to the tab VIEW

Change prefferred view to SAP List viewer

Save Layout

Hi Abhijit,

I have just tested in my system and the detail list is showing as ALV only:-

Maybe, you can try to change the layout settings, in the Menu option Settings->Layout->choose

I have also tested in the system, its in ALV format only...

Abhijit: This symbol is not for excel...kindly check into your system...

Hi Nitin/Priti,

Earlier the user used to get ALV format only, suddenly now when he is clicking detail list he is getting excel format(screenshot attached in my post). How do restore ALV format, is there any setting for the same.

Hi Abhijit,

can you just check the application toolbar buttons ( The top toolbar in your excel sheet) ? I think, there must be some button which can help you to change the settings for layout.

Hello Abhijit,

Try this one:

- Create and Save your Layout (User Specific or General)

- From the report detail, select Settings -- Layout -- Administration, Tick your layout and Press the green check (Define default setting), now you will see the green check after you layout name.

- Save the transaction
