HTMLB drop down list in BSP page

Hi all

I am supposed to have a dropdown list with 3 fixed values "Printer" , "Fax", "Email". Upon selection of any of these options in the dropdown , it should fire the respective event .

Kindly throw some on this issue or send some sample code for the same .
