Database Login prompts when previewing Crystal Reports (SAP using wifi)

Hi,

I have a client using SAP B1 on a laptop. When they preview/print Crystal report form (Sales Quotation), it prompts for a database login (when I entered the sa password, it gives me 'Database Login error'). This happens when the laptop is connected via wifi. However, when the laptop is using LAN cable, its working fine.

I have been advised that this might be because of network connection (domain) limitations. However, I need further explanation on this as I will need to explain it to the customer. Or if there are possible solutions to this, that would be awesome.

Hello, moved to Business One forum. CR 2008 is an OEM product so the B1 forums support it.
