same question from my side.

I don't want to use archiving / resp. ILM but delete candidates who have been rejected or who have withdrawn their application.

Report RCF_DELETE_EXT_CAND requieres a specific candidate. Doesn't make sense...

ILM requieres (as far as I understand it at the first view) an archiving object. I don't want to delete archived application but follow the legal requirement to delete candidates according to table

T77RCF_LAWPERIOD.

How can this be done?

The docu for the report is describing the procedure for deregistered candidates. But how to delete old-fashioned candidates who don't deregister themselves.

Must be possible to follow the laws...

Any other idea beside ILM?

For bulk deletions, have you considered using the data archiving/delete function of ILM?
