how do i run CR 2008 on web server with app pool in "Integrated" mode?

I have a physical server running several web sites.

one site is running the app pool in "Classic" mode. Reports work fine.

on another web site (same physical server) with the app pool to "Integrated", the server throws an error saying I need to install the re-distributable.

It already is there because the other web site runs fine.

What do I need to do in order to run in "Integrated" mode?
