Dear All,

We are in sugar industry. It works on seasonal basis i.e.only when sugar cane is available. rest period is off season. During Off season all equipments are dismantled & serviced.  Instead of creating PM order for each equipments can we make single order for multiple equipments??

Equipments are maintained in different cost centers.

Regards,

Harish

You can use Object list option to add multiple equipment in order.

You can activate operation level costing and assign settlement cost center for different operation.

IF you have activated business function LOG_EAM_CI_03 then you will be able to add different technical object against operation.

Greetings Harish,

You will need to go into the Switch Framework (t-code SFW5) ; usually the Basis team can do this for you.

The Business Fuctions Yogesh Dhokne mentioned are:

LOG_EAM_CI_3

LOG_EAM_OLC

It is the best solution but the order´s cost appear only for the equipment assigned in header; for split the costs to all equipments will need a development.

The advantage is that fields Function Location and Equipment are also available in the general maintenance task list (IA05-IA06).
